These Terms describe the conditions intended to govern use of Sovelyx SMS when the production service becomes available. The current website is a pre-launch review environment and does not process live activations.

Service model

Sovelyx SMS provides a customer interface for virtual-number and SMS services supplied through authorized upstream providers. Availability, pricing, order duration, cancellation eligibility, and message delivery may depend on those providers and their networks.

Customer accounts and balances

Customers are responsible for account security and accurate information. Production balances may be funded through supported payment methods or manual credits. Purchases, refunds, and adjustments will be recorded in the account ledger.

Orders and refunds

An activation order is not guaranteed until accepted by the relevant upstream provider. Eligible cancellation and refund outcomes may depend on provider status, elapsed time, whether an SMS has been received, and applicable provider rules.

Responsible use

Customers must comply with applicable law, these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and relevant upstream or third-party rules. We may restrict or suspend accounts associated with abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or prohibited activity.

Availability

We do not guarantee that a particular country, service, route, price, or number will remain available. Upstream inventory can change without notice.
