Acceptable Use Policy

Sovelyx SMS is intended only for lawful and authorized use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that use of virtual numbers and SMS activations complies with applicable law and relevant third-party and upstream-provider rules.

Prohibited activities

You may not use Sovelyx SMS to facilitate or support:

• Fraud, scams, payment abuse, theft, or financial deception.
• Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Impersonation or identity deception intended to harm others.
• Spam, harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging, or abusive communications.
• Creation or operation of accounts for unlawful activity.
• Circumvention of suspensions, bans, enforcement actions, or security controls.
• Phishing, credential theft, malware, or malicious content.
• Any activity prohibited by an upstream provider or applicable law.

Enforcement

We may limit ordering, suspend accounts, terminate access, or cooperate with upstream providers when misuse is suspected. Customer-level identifiers and order records may be used to isolate abusive activity.

Report suspected abuse to service@sovelyx.com with relevant account or order information.
