This policy describes information Sovelyx SMS may process when the production service becomes available. The current static review site does not create production accounts or process live activation orders.

Information we may collect

• Account information such as email address and profile details.
• Order information such as service category, country, assigned number, provider reference, status, and transaction references.
• Wallet and payment-related transaction records.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, browser details, access logs, and anti-abuse signals.
• Support communications.

How information may be used

We may use information to operate accounts, process orders, maintain balances, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot integrations, and comply with legal or provider requirements.

Upstream providers

Information necessary to request and manage an activation may be transmitted to authorized upstream providers. We intend to limit shared information to what is necessary for service delivery, support, and abuse prevention.

Retention and security

Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for operations, disputes, security, provider requirements, and applicable law. We intend to use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
